The Rowing Strength Handbook

A rower himself, Mario is passionate about sharing his knowledge and experience to help developing athletes achieve their goals. He wrote the Rowing Strength Handbook for Athletic Performance & Injury Prevention to allow athletes at clubs and schools access to strength training and injury prevention education (read more about it here).

The Rowing Strength Workshop  builds on the information in the handbook, and is available for both clubs and schools. The workshop is a complete overview of what is required to get the most out of your body while training. It includes both practical and theoretical elements to give accurate feedback on technique. Get in touch with Mario for more information on what the workshop could do for your athletes!
